Day or Evening appointments are available from Monday to Saturday.
All appointments are available upon request. Walk-in appointment is not available.

FEES:

The fee is due at time of appointment, and is based on a sliding scale if there is no insurance covered.

Any adjustments which need to be made will also be discussed during the first session.
